The price is calculated on the real road distance between your pick-up address and your destination, multiplied by the rate per kilometre of the vehicle you choose. A minimum fare applies to short trips. The amount is shown in Swiss francs before you pay and does not change afterwards: no surge pricing, no meter.

Geneva Airport is about 5 km from the city centre, a 15 to 20 minute drive. Enter your hotel or address in the booking form to see the exact fixed price for each vehicle. The price is per vehicle, not per passenger.

For a single traveller on a short trip, a taxi or ride-hailing app can cost less. For families, groups, long distances and ski resorts, a pre-booked private transfer is often comparable or cheaper, because the price is fixed per vehicle, luggage is included and there is no waiting or detour on the meter.

Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, after customs. For private jet arrivals, the chauffeur waits at the business aviation terminal (FBO) or planeside where the airport allows it.

We monitor your flight and adjust the pick-up time to the actual landing time. At the airport, waiting time is free for up to 60 minutes after the agreed pick-up time, as stated in our terms and conditions.

Yes. We drive to every resort in the Swiss and French Alps, including Verbier, Zermatt, Crans-Montana, Gstaad, Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, Val d’Isère, Chamonix, Megève and Morzine. In winter our vehicles run on winter tyres with snow chains on board.

Yes. Tell us how many bags and ski bags you have when you book. The Mercedes V-Class takes up to 7 passengers with their skis, and the Sprinter Jet Van carries larger groups with up to 20 pieces of luggage.

Yes, baby seats, child seats and boosters are available on request. Indicate the number of child seats in the booking form.

Yes. Our chauffeurs are available by the hour, for a full day or for several days in Geneva and around, for business meetings, roadshows, shopping or events. Contact us for a disposal quote.

Yes. We regularly drive from Geneva to Lyon, Annecy, Paris, Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Milan and Munich. Cross-border trips are priced the same way, on the road distance.

You pay online by credit card when you book, through a secure payment page. Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Companies can ask us for invoicing.

Online bookings are accepted up to a few hours before pick-up. In high season, especially on winter Saturdays for ski resorts, we recommend booking several days ahead. For an urgent trip, call or message us on WhatsApp.

Cancellation conditions are set out in our terms and conditions: the earlier you cancel, the less is charged. Changes to a booking can be requested by email or phone and are confirmed by email.

Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including early morning flights and late night arrivals.
